I love Dr. Ngyuen and Fetters Family Eye Care! I was disappointed with the amount of wait time, however. It seemed like things were overscheduled and I spent a considerable amount of time waiting.

This eye office is great! We also go in as a family and everyone is always so friendly, helpful and kid friendly. We have been using Dr. Fetters office for about 6 years now and cant imagine going elsewhere!

I was disappointed I wasn't given my lens prescription. Didn't notice until I got home and looked at my paperwork. The staff in the office is wonderful and there was no waiting for my appointment, even though I arrived 15 minutes early.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Fetters for years and are very happy with the level of professionalism of her and her office, her wide spectrum of specialized knowledge and the quality of our visits. She takes her time visiting with you and explaining everything and never makes you feel rushed or silly for any questions that you ask. She's friendly, positive and has a warm disposition. Dr. Fetters takes the time to get to know you and it shows each visit. We are extremely pleased to have her as our optometrist!
